ARMA Ace Awards 2023 – Insurety and the Hollie Gazzard Trust raise awareness of Property Manager safety and wellbeing concerns.
A fantastic night was had by all at last week’s ARMA ACE AWARDS 2023 with circa 700 property managers congregated at the famous Old Billingsgate venue in the heart of London.
Insurety were the Platinum Sponsor once again and took great pleasure from seeing everyone enjoying themselves so emphatically.
Insurety are a leading property insurance broker, with many of our clients being property management companies and property agents. We know that there is a genuine, increasing risk to our clients employees safety and wellbeing.
It was because of this shocking trend that we decided to work with our charity partner, The Hollie Guard Trust, to identify ways to raise awareness and help. As Corporate Ambassador for the Hollie Gazzard Trust (HGT) we have access to the Hollie Guard Extra App. This is a leading safeguarding App developed by the HGT, and a tool that Insurety is providing to our property insurance clients, particularly those with Property Managers who are meeting unknown individuals several times a day.
ARMA & IRPM recently completed their 2023 Industry Wellbeing Survey and Report which found that 29% of Property Managers have felt threatened while working and 80% of people in the sector have experienced a form of abuse within the last 12 months.
